Our History & Our Future
Our church was established in July 2001. From day one, our congregation met with a spirit of enthusiasm and revival. We began renting facilities from the Holly school system, and eventually from the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Fish Lake Rd.
In April 2002, we purchased 9 acres of vacant land on Dixie Hwy just south of Grange Hall Rd. in Groveland Township. With the Lord’s blessing and a lot of hard work, we were able to pay off that property within 3 years. While paying off the property, we had site work done and building plans drawn up.
Then, in 2006, the Lord opened the door for us to purchase a church building at Falk Rd. and East Holly Rd. At present, we continue to use both locations for our ministries – we meet at our church building on Falk Rd. for all of our regularly scheduled services, and we use the Dixie Hwy property for occasional services under the tent, church picnics, and youth outings.
Presently, we attempt to be faithful in building people, and will follow God’s direction about building a building on our Dixie Hwy. property.
